  • Is the foot pressure board painful to use? It is normal to feel some discomfort or "good pain" initially, as the board stimulates acupressure points. Tip: We recommend wearing thick socks for the first week until your feet adjust to the pressure.
  • How do I clean the board? Our boards are made from durable materials that are easy to clean. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or mild disinfectant spray. Do not submerge in water.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? We ship internationally from the USA. Typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. Please allow a little extra time for NZ Customs clearance.
  • My item arrived damaged, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to support@dorex.shop. We will resolve this for you quickly (usually by sending a replacement).
